demo.admin — everything below, plus Practice, Admin, insurance and fee-schedule configuration.
demo.clinician — schedule, charts, progress notes, orders, labs and the billing view. The only persona that signs a note.
demo.nurse — schedule, rooming, vitals, allergies, immunisations and chart read. Documents, but does not attest.
demo.coder — billing and claims only: claim follow-up, ERA, account inquiry, statements. No progress-note authoring.
demo.frontdesk — schedule, office visits, patient demographics, fax inbox and document indexing. No clinical detail and no billing.
What each account may do is read from its Medplum project membership, as a set of capabilities. This app keeps no role list of its own and the same capabilities apply in every Anshin demo skin — so if your access looks wrong, it is Medplum that needs changing, not this application.
